Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.
Please email us at mick@ngargawarendj.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging and should include a copy of your order form. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Sales items (and their postage costs) will only be refunded/replaced in the instance of major faults/defects.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ngarga Warendj, 40 Rickard Drive, Churchill VIC 3842, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit &; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Ngarga Warendj will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
