Known as Gubinge, Billy-goat Plum, or Murunga, this fruit has served as food, antiseptic, and healing remedy for Aboriginal communities across Arnhem Land for millennia. The Kakadu Plum grows naturally from Broome to Kakadu National Park and fruits at the start of the dry season each May.

Wild Rosella Jam
Native Australian rosella offers a tart, complex flavour with raspberry, rhubarb, and plum notes. Low in sugar, it lets natural bush fruit character shine.
