Indigiearth Native Fruit Jams and Marmalade

Choose your flavour of authentic Australian native fruit spreads, each celebrating Indigenous ingredients and traditional bush tucker heritage.

Kakadu Plum Jam
Sourced from a family-owned Broome business, Kakadu Plum jam delivers exceptional vitamin C content—over 80 times higher than oranges. Known as Gubinge, Billy-goat Plum, or Murunga, this fruit has served as food, antiseptic, and healing remedy for Aboriginal communities across Arnhem Land for millennia. The Kakadu Plum grows naturally from Broome to Kakadu National Park and fruits at the start of the dry season each May.

Wild Rosella Jam
Native Australian rosella offers a tart, complex flavour with raspberry, rhubarb, and plum notes. Low in sugar, it lets natural bush fruit character shine. Versatile across sweet and savoury applications—pair with ginger, chilli, stone fruits, or serve alongside lamb, pork, and game. Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa) adapted to Australian climates over thousands of years and now grows wild across Queensland, NSW, Northern Territory, and Western Australia. The edible calyxes are high in vitamin C.

Quandong Jam
Australia's indigenous peach, Quandong (Santalum acuminatum) thrives in arid environments and belongs to the Sandalwood family. Fossils dating back 40 million years confirm its ancient presence. Rich in vitamin C, magnesium, iron, zinc, and antioxidants, Quandong served historically as a protein source in Aboriginal nutrition. Its distinctive sweet-tart profile embodies wild peach heritage with exceptional shelf stability when dried.

Wild Lime Marmalade
Crafted from native Australian citrus, this zesty marmalade complements desserts, scones, glazed meats, and yoghurt. Australia hosts six native citrus species; the finger lime (Citrus australasica) originates from rainforests across South East Queensland and Northern NSW borders.

All Australian ingredients.
