OOAK HUON PINE WALL SHIELD - GUGRA POSSUM CLOAK DESIGN

OOAK Wall Malgarr with Gugra Possum Cloak Design.   

 Walert the Possum is a night feeder, and a day sleeper. We use possum skins to make Gugra or possum skin cloaks, which we wear to keep warm.  We decorate the cloaks and wear them in our traditional ceremony.

Hand crafted in Australia from Australian Huon Pine timber.

All artefacts come with an information card. 
The card has information about the artist, artefact and design. 
All designs are based on traditional symbols from
South East Australia.
